How do i do daily tasks easier?

...See more I struggle with doing the chores and tasks i have to do in a day usually and i get heat for it. I dont know how to explain it without sounding lazy, is there something i can do to make it easier for me to keep track of that stuff and have the energy to do it?

...See more Lately ive had very little motivation for much of anything, especially things i used to enjoy i just domt have energy for. there has been a lot of stress in my house lately and it is becoming overwhelming. I try not to be very emotional and overreact at small things, but i also need to get this out of my head for a bit. I looked it up and i believe i have moderate depression. I joined a sports team recently, i love it but theres still so much stress around that isnt from me and im worried it’ll cause me to quit and go back to square one.
