How do i do daily tasks easier?
I struggle with doing the chores and tasks i have to do in a day usually and i get heat for it. I dont know how to explain it without sounding lazy, is there something i can do to make it easier for me to keep track of that stuff and have the energy to do it?
@LiterallyACone
It is not about being lazy it perhaps is more about being motivated just because we are suppose to do something does not make it so ....
I try to tackle any item i do not care about ASAP because i know if i tell myself maybe later or in an hour or after this or that it does not happen ...... like a kid negotiating for 10 more minutes to finish a game etc ten minutes often is stretched into an hour..
Hi there! I struggle with the same with my mental issues. What I do is that I make a weekly list of tasks without putting a time over them. I just spread them over a week. That helps me a lot because then I can do them in a week instead of a day. (Tasks like cleaning, organizing, meal prep, buying stuff)
Talking about the things that are essential everyday. You can try to have a habit tracker. That can help a bit or you can do that with breaks.
Also, if you want to explain someone and I've learned this in a long time. I already tell the other person that I'll do a certain task but in some time and I don't tell the exact time. It just kind of reduces the anxiety that the other person feels because sometimes they're tired too and react according.
Just a little bit of balance and patience. 🌸
Don't beat yourself up. It will take time to bring it in practice. You're doing your best. ✨
Hope this helps!

Focus on starting. For me, a task like, “clean the garage” is impossible to start because it’s such a huge task - or garage is huge and needs reorganizing. What I do is set a timer for a small but usable chunk of time, like 20 minutes. I don’t plan to finish, nor do I plan of where to stop. Instead, I pop in my headphones and simply walk to where the work is and do the first thing I see that needs doing. Repeat for the 20 minutes you allotted for this work, and then quit. If that’s all you can manage that day, fine. You did something, right? I often find I keep working well past the 20 minutes. Maybe you will to. Good luck friend.
