Getting over a necessary breakup
Relationship Stress / by LizLunatic

...See more Hi everyone, I just broke up with my boyfriend a few weeks ago. I didn't want to break up with him, because I love(d?) him, but he was cruel and indifferent to me the whole time we were together, and the relationship was causing me too much pain to be worth it any more. I'm trying really hard to get over him -- I haven't seen or talked to him since then, I've been spending time with my family and trying to keep myself distracted, and I even deleted all of my social media so I wouldn't be compelled to go check his statuses. But I still can't seem to get him out of my head. I've dreamt about him every night in the past week. Every time I think about him, I feel hollow and lonely. I don't know what else to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! XO, Liz

...See more Hi all! I really love cooking, and I'm looking for some healthy new recipes to try out. Here's one of my favorites: Cut open an avocado and take out the pit. Scoop out a little more of the hole so there's enough room for an egg. Crack an egg into the hole of the avocado and then sprinkle on some salt, pepper, and chives. Bake at 425 degrees for about 15-20 minutes, or as long as it takes for the egg whites to set. I like to sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on mine when it's done :) What are your favorites?

How to feel better by myself?
Depression Support / by LizLunatic

...See more I'm a junior in college, and I've been trying so hard to branch out and make friends since I got here. However, I have been consistently betrayed, hurt, and disappointed by the people in my life, and it's getting to the point where I feel like it must be my fault. Maybe I'm just not meant to be a social person. So, I'm trying to just be by myself for a while, and to not force any new relationships, but I'm finding it really difficult. Whenever I'm alone, I get so unbearably sad, and I don't know what to do to make it go away. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to distract myself from loneliness and make myself more comfortable with solitude?
