...See more I don’t even know why I’m writing this, but I just need to let it out somewhere. My birthday was last Tuesday, and no one wished me. Not a single message, not a call—nothing. It was like I didn’t exist. I’ve always felt alone, but this hit differently. I keep telling myself that maybe people were just busy or forgot, but deep down, it just hurts. I see others getting flooded with love and attention on their birthdays, and I wonder why I don’t have that. Do I not matter? Am I that easy to forget? I don’t have real friends. I don’t have anyone to talk to when things get tough. Most days, I pretend it’s fine, but tonight, it’s not. I just wish I had someone who cared. If anyone has ever felt this way, how do you deal with it? How do you stop feeling like you’re completely alone?
