...See more I am a busy single working mom of 4. Once or twice a year I am overwhelmed with anxiety and ask my partner for help. I just want to be able to talk things through and sort things out in my head. Whenever I have asked for help he shuts down and gets defensive. He will not talk to me for days. (This makes it worse) How can I communicate my needs in a way he will understand
