...See more Hi all, I posted a couple of weeks ago and forgot the app was on my phone and all, I tend to play scenarios in my head about the worse time in my relationship even though it all worked out in the end. Any advice as to why I do that? Therapist said it may be a form of ptsd

Can't help but feel we lost time
Relationship Stress / by MangoLemon8033

...See more Hi everyone, was told to use this app from my therapist a few days ago so of course I'm here now To make things simple, me and my now husband, had to split up for a few months prior to us getting married due to reasons outside our control(job promotion, family) I decided to end things at the time but although things worked out in the end, I can't help but feel like I should never have broken my then boyfriends heart and should have just stuck it out? Then again, I also feel like if things didn't happen how they did, we wouldn't be happily married and living together expecting our first child now Thoughts?
