...See more Do you experience that change that anxiety brings to the mind? For me, I think it takes away the little self confidence I have, makes me think too much, worry too much and I can’t even do things like I used to anymore. I’m always scared, of outcomes, of peoples opinions. And I wasn’t like that before, but developing this anxiety has made me feel totally worse. I’m always tensed, and there’s this feeling when you feel like you’re jealous, but you’re just feeling unseen and left out. And I always wonder, when will it change? When will I finally find the confidence I’ve always craved.

...See more Honestly, I always ask myself what’s wrong with me, like everytime the little amount of happiness finds its way into my life, and I find hope in myself, it tends to leave me and it makes me feel like I’m a virus and everyone is staying away. I try to ignore my impulsive thoughts, but there are lots of proofs that it might be true. And my ADHD adds to it all, because when I’m lonely, which I always am. My mind spiral and makes me feel worse. I really need help.
