The change in thinking

Do you experience that change that anxiety brings to the mind?

For me, I think it takes away the little self confidence I have, makes me think too much, worry too much and I can’t even do things like I used to anymore.

I’m always scared, of outcomes, of peoples opinions. And I wasn’t like that before, but developing this anxiety has made me feel totally worse.

I’m always tensed, and there’s this feeling when you feel like you’re jealous, but you’re just feeling unseen and left out. And I always wonder, when will it change? When will I finally find the confidence I’ve always craved.

I understand these feelings, sometimes I get so overwhelmed I shut down and don't even know what to do next.

It took time for me to want to surround myself with good people who cherished me and didn't make me feel worse.

I had to work on myself and believe that I deserved attention and care and that others struggled too, they just didn't show it.

I started repeating positive words. I'm good at this and that.. My opinions are important, I have a lot of good qualities, I'm an interesting person, things like that to build up my confidence over time :)

That’s really good, for me I try to be positive but there is a lot of negativity around me that I just have to think I’m not good enough.

But I know I’ll overcome it, it’s just a matter of time😌

@MeenarhMarrh775 That's right give yourself time and patience, it really doesn't happen quickly but it's worth it :)
