Overthinking and feeling ignored
Honestly, I always ask myself what’s wrong with me, like everytime the little amount of happiness finds its way into my life, and I find hope in myself, it tends to leave me and it makes me feel like I’m a virus and everyone is staying away.
I try to ignore my impulsive thoughts, but there are lots of proofs that it might be true. And my ADHD adds to it all, because when I’m lonely, which I always am. My mind spiral and makes me feel worse. I really need help.
I feel like that too sometimes that I'm a nuisance but then I carve out my own enjoyment, used to be reading, now it's gaming, movies, venting, shopping, pampering, whatever I am in the mood for.
I just try and appreciate when things are lighter :)
I hope we all get better, both mentally and emotionally❤️🩹

Hi, sorry to read this but it's exactly how I have also been feeling the past few weeks. I wish there was am easy answer to loneliness but if there is I certainly haven't found one yet. I'm trying to just keep participating in Cups as it has been helping but mindful to be more gracious and open to offline connections aswell, hopefully I'll find the deeper more meaningful connections I'm seeking over time. Patience is certainly not a virtue with ADHD.
