...See more last night i was able to have a sleep But then i woke up at 3 am and felt absoukty terrible and weird feeling like my mind was crazy i was sick last few days but i think it is sick made structuring the day harder and also whej i was sixk i quit alot of stuff i used to do which is need to get back into
