2026 doesnt make me feel good

I'm sorry you don't feel good.

Sometimes we can put too much pressure on the New year and what it's meant to be or look like.

But in reality it's another day and it can be whatever we need it to be, and that's totally fine 💚😊

People are just trying to fit in with festivities. No one knows anything better. Dont think your feelings dont have a place. A lot of us feel sadness , confusion, etc but we tag along others in community spirit sometimes to distract ourselves.

I felt a little like that myself, feel asleep well before the turn of the year 😕😕

I'm currently trying to 'rephrase my toughts' not going to be an easy task so accept I'm in for the king haul....
