...See more Recently Ive noticed that whenever I make decisions, even the easiest and most simplest kind, Im always second guessing myself out of fear of being wrong. I seem to constantly do this whenever Im doing homework, asking for directions, or honestly whatever it may be, and its almost like Im too afraid to go out on a limb or be independent. Ive also noticed that I always ask my friends if Ive done something the right way. Is there a way I can build up a sense of self confidence without feeling super anxious about being wrong?
