I'm overwhelmed

...See more I've been stressing out on a lot of things lately. I don't know how to start doing things ever since my girlfriend broke up with me. I accomplished a lot when I was with her, I became a president of our club, I'm in my last year of college. But to be honest I became a little too busy, and she didn't feel like she was getting the attention she deserves. We had a long distance relationship. She prefered texting I prefered calling. I tried to match her relationship preferences but I guess I couldn't. Eventually when I couldn't reply as fast, she gave me the ultimatum. To be fair, I haven't been able to talk that much. I was busy with all this new responsibility. But she said that even if I was busy, that I'd find the time. I guess that makes me feel guilty. So lately I haven't been able to study and work as much as I used to. I don't feel the passion anymore. I feel dumber. I feel more tired, less interested. I'm so tired, it's late at night here and I still have a lot to do. I feel like I'm getting back to the point when it all feels useless, to the time in my life where I was at my lowest. I thought I was at my highest until recently. I have so many people that depend on me. So much expectations. I still think about the timing, why did she have to leave me when I'm in the middle of all this stress? But I don't know if I can blame her. I don't know what to do now. I'm stressed out, I'm tired, and I procrastinate constantly, but at the same time, it feels so hard to start doing something, even if I've done it hundreds of times before. I'm the eldest in our group. In all my groups actually, the friends I used to have are grown adults now. I'm a bit delayed. I don't even think I can call anyone my close friend with how much they just ask me for advice. I once did try talking about my problems with this one friend of mine. I thought she was a good friend, she gave me advice before but when I opened up now she gave me the most AI response. Textbook reply. I didn't know how to feel so I just shut up. I don't know if I should be mad, I don't want to I guess I just expected a different response, something more genuine. But then again, I am the older one.

...See more I'm 24 years old and I can't seem to relate to the people around me. I just got back to college and all the people around me are younger, and they don't seem to wanna be friends with me. I do well in class, and I know a lot of things. So all the time, when people come up to me, I expect them to just ask me something about school, and all the time, they do. When I try to change the subject, they avoid going further and just want to talk about college stuff. I can't hangout with people anymore. I'm so used to being an answering machine that I can't socialize properly. But if I steer off from my usual response people won't talk to me.
