...See more I really love to go to the gym and lift heavy weights, but its getting harder and harder for me to go. I'm losing the joy in it. I feel bad when I don't go, but i also feel bad when I do. Im at a loss. I've lost enjoyment in all of my hobbies. How do I save this one before its completely gone? Its especially hard right now because band camp just started and I am a drum major.

...See more My boyfriend is in the Army National Guard and he ships off for Basic and AIT very shortly. I spoke to my therapist about all of my worries, but I still don't really know what to do. He will be gone for a whole 6 months. I won't be able to talk to him from June until August, then he gets his phone back after BCT graduation. Still, he will be several states away. I dont know how to cope with him leaving. I am going to miss him so much. He is going to miss out on our 1 year, Halloween, Thanksgiving, etc. Maybe subconsciously I worry that he will fall out of love through all of the distance, but I know thats just my anxiety talking. He has told me that he is going to stick it out, we've talked about our futures together, and more. I have no reason to think he would fall out of love with me. My anxiety is just through the roof. I am going to keep a journal while he is gone and I will give it to him when he gets back. I am also going to send him a bunch of letters. Im just not sure how to cope with him leaving and knowing that there's a clock ticking down for him to leave for a while. Eventually I will have to deal with this all over again when its my turn to enlist.
