...See more Hello. 3 years ago I fell in love with a certain celebrity, who I have never met. I loved the idea of them so much it took up most of my thoughts. It contributed to my depression, and I would cry every night thinking about them. I felt so wrong for loving this person, but the obsession was so deep that I swear it felt like real love. I'm somewhat ashamed, and at this point it doesn't affect my life that much anymore and I don't cry but I still love them. Has anyone else dealt with this? I even had a crush on someone in my real life who reminded me of this person and I felt like I had betrayed them for having feelings for someone else, which is funny because this person is married and I don't even care.

...See more Hello, I might be in the wrong place but I was wondering if hitting or punching yourself counts as self harm. When I get a wave of anxiety, I lash out and hit myself in the head. I hit pretty hard at this point. My parents get really upset when I do it. Would this be characterized as self harm? Thanks
