Another type of grief

...See more I haven’t heard anyone talking about the grief you feel from losing your connection to the world. When being in public feels like nothing but a facade and the people you care so much about you just don’t have the energy to keep pretending for . I’ve zoned out more times than I can count , I can’t focus at work . I can’t feel any senses of accomplishment and nothing feels real or like it’s even a big deal anymore . The biggest part about all of this is I recognize it and I’m trying to stop the spiral by going back to therapy but nothing stops a tornado until it wants to be stopped
