...See more I know what I feel to be the basics. But at the same time I’m confused. Is credit important? I don’t have a credit score. How do I get a credit score? I assumed I needed to get a credit card and use only a very same percent of my limit. That way I would have a good score. But why is that necessary for an apartment? Do you get the lease ahead of time so you can read it or is it just a meet up time to read/sign it? That will make me feel rushed and I won’t read it carefully then. Can things be added to the lease? They don’t get the deposit until you sign the lease right? Also the pet fee is it refundable? How does renters insurance work? What else do I need to know?

...See more I’m Bisexual. Gender doesn’t matter to me at all when it comes to attraction. By definition I’m most likely pansexual. But Bisexual just seems better and less complicated or confusing. I mean I know it’s probably not confusing to some people. But it is to me. What makes them so different? Pansexual seems like a complicated version of bisexual. I don’t mean to offend anyone by this I’m just a bit confused.
