Is it wrong to identify with what’s most comfortable then what is (by definition) correct?
I’m Bisexual. Gender doesn’t matter to me at all when it comes to attraction. By definition I’m most likely pansexual. But Bisexual just seems better and less complicated or confusing. I mean I know it’s probably not confusing to some people. But it is to me. What makes them so different? Pansexual seems like a complicated version of bisexual. I don’t mean to offend anyone by this I’m just a bit confused.
I think you should just identify to what makes you comfortable.
@Shawnawna it's totally right for you to identify as bisexual! Bisexual is an umbrella term that includes every orientation in which you feel attraction for more than one gender. The term pansexual just specifies some more info, namely that gender doesn't play a role in your attraction and you don't have specific preferences, but that that still falls under the so called "bisexual umbrella!"
