...See more Hi everyone, I am new here. I decided to sign up as lately I feel like anxiety is getting the best of me. My mind is focused on the same thoughts and worries all day long - often nights too. I am especially anxious while working and I feel like every task - even if small - causes me panic. I started pushing people away and I want to stop before becoming a person that I'd hate. Thanks for reading.
