Suddenly insecure again

...See more I’m back home from Uni for the summer and suddenly I’m feeling insecure and critical of myself. The thoughts I’d have in the past are coming back, such as: I’m a weirdo, I’m a loser, no one wants me, everyone secretly makes fun of me. I’m upset it’s coming back, it makes me think that confidence I had at Uni was fake and based off lies I was telling myself

Panic attacks coming back

...See more It’s been a while since I’ve had regular panic attacks, but over the past week they’ve been coming back and it really scares me. I guess I’m looking for some kind of assurance from people here or just hearing it gets better or I can face these things, stuff like that. Cause what I’m feeling is a lot of vulnerability. I think I’m scared about the panic attacks because it makes me think I’m losing control of my mental health again. When I’m not really, it’s just life throwing more things at me right now than it did a month ago. I still feel like I’m no longer in control though. I still worry that my mental health might rapidly decline and I’ll do something stupid like I have done before. God, I just want to be healthy. I want to stop having panic attacks all together, I want to have a normal, healthy brain. Big sigh 😔

Can’t get out of bed because of anxiety

...See more It’s 1pm where I am and I still haven’t got out of bed. How do I get myself up? I try to motivate myself but the world feels so overwhelming and I think I need reassurance rather than a pep talk. I need to know that my worries about the future, or even what I have to do in the next 10 minutes isn’t going to go as badly as I think it might. I want to get up, but I’m bed I feel safe. If I stay in bed, I don’t have to face my fears. But I know this is classic avoidance behaviour, and I do want to get up. Just so scared, so so scared
