How to deal with such thoughts?

...See more I've talked to the teacher and parents about my thoughts. I also do occupational therapy every Monday and Saturday. Then I was told to join a community and keep myself busy with activities. I want to join a community. But I have so many thoughts, like I'm not ready for college, I'm afraid of failing to be independent while in college and being a burden to my parents, I feel like my life is worthless, and I'm afraid of becoming a tool in a capitalist system that oppresses people. Sometimes it's hard for me to enjoy or stay engaged with an activity. Idk my thoughts are messy and that I feel hopeless at times like idk why I'm here. So like, how do I deal with such thoughts?

Numb due to meds

...See more I take aripiprazole for racing thoughts and irritability associated with autism. I mean I don't have racing thoughts or emotional dysregulation rn but I am so damn numb. Maybe it's my fault tho for stopping abruptly during flu and cough 😷. when I was taking it regularly, I wasn't as numb but still, I was quite numb. When I had to take a lot of flu and cough medications, I often forgot my psychiatric meds and then I became really numb. Rn I'm not interested in almost anything, having an existential crisis, and not feeling connected with almost everyone. Just very numb 😔 All I feel nowadays is a hint of happy or a hint of sad. I shouldn't have stopped Aripiprazole abruptly simply because I had flu and cough 😔

...See more The thing that I'm fascinated about when it comes to my brain is how easily my amygdala stops my prefrontal cortex's function. Like when I feel a strong emotion, it's hard for me to focus on anything else. Like starting or finishing tasks, and even hobbies can feel unpleasant to do. But I guess right now it's caused by an upsetting event of me confessing to my crush and him giving unclear responses (and then he said that he was shocked and speechless) and now he keeps giving me one word responses. I also told him I got diagnosed with autism a month ago He used to be all cute and nice to me back in 10th grade (He used to like me first but I was insecure about myself. But he always been emotionally avoidant by the way). And now in 11th grade, idk what's going on with him. Maybe he moved on from his feelings after all.

Non clinical solution for ADHD???

...See more I was evaluated by my psychologist with the DSM-5 and she diagnosed ADHD and saw signs of social anxiety last year. Then, he suggested my parents that I join Candradimuka social class.  However, Candradimuka social class is not a clinical solution for me who has ADHD. Candradimuka and my coaches only suggest generic things and basic social skills and basic discipline skills. In fact, one of the coaches said that I don't need to worry about trivial matters. For example, he said that catcalling can be reported to the teacher. I explained that people who catcall might not stop even if I report the teacher or I tell them to stop. I think I have a deeper fear than catcalling being reported. I feel uncomfortable if guys see me as just a pretty girl. Candradimuka classes often make me read basic materials and listen to generic suggestions. Often, my fears and ADHD issues are not studied in depth. I once said that I wanted to try CBT only. But there were also coaches who said that they wanted to try to increase my enthusiasm and improve through social classes first. My psychologist also claimed "This is your CBT!" with the intention that the suggestions he and the coaches gave were a form of CBT I see messages in online ADHD communities from people who have been diagnosed with ADHD. ADHD is clearly a lifelong neurological condition.  There are also suggestions from my psychologist that it is overwhelming me because zoning out is a stress response. So when I am told to keep moving or increase my activity, I end up exhausted and overwhelmed.  Now that I confront about this, he is going to do Hypnotherapy even when I suggested CBT. He never does CBT. Now he told me to visualize the state I want to be in and set my mind that way.  I need CBT cause when I get stressed or overwhelmed, I zone out which leads to executive dysfunction and difficulty starting tasks. Those things are INVOLUNTARY Is this an ethical thing for my psychologist to do?

...See more I am a teen and many people (classmates and adults) including myself has suspected that I have autism. However my parents deny the possibility of me having autism cause they probably have a stereotypical view on autistic people. I don't think I can ever convince my parents to test me for autism.  Idk... I don't get it... My mom brushes this while thing off saying that I'm just ignorant and not paying enough attention... Also, the counsellor in my middle school says that she doesn't think that I'm autistic because of my grades and my school counsellor could not diagnose or test me anyway.  I am going to highschool soon so there might be something I can do? It's better to deal with this whole thing when I'm a teen then start to deal with this when I'm an adult. But I live in Indonesia where people are not really educated on disabilities and mental health in general.  I'm not really sure on what I can do about it. And if you wanna know what caught people's attention, it's probably my stimming behaviours (walking in circles, rocking back and forth or side to side, playing with anything I have on my hands), emotional dysregulation (crying all of a sudden at random times and cannot control it), social unawareness (Not knowing what im supposed to do, unaware of social norms, unaware of how I appear to other people, bad experiences with boys cause I'm unaware of their discomfort) I'm concerned about this

...See more I used to have an old account here around 2 years ago and just left for like a year I guess. When I came back here it's so quiet and not as fun. I still remember the pikalution and the 💙💙💙 if you wanna know how long I have been here.  Tw: Bad friendship circles and self doubts The reason why I got here is because I used to deal with a condition where I feel like daydreams are better than reality (maladaptive daydreaming). In my case, it was caused by loneliness and I got tired of school. But now I'm not as bad as before. I can get a little more organized and a little more attentive...  I recently made a new bestie at school (thank God) and yea we relate, we understand each other. And the thing is, I'm not sure if I should feel concerned or just ignore them when I found out about the **** behind my back. Me: "But how did you and her knew about me back at 8th grade" Her: "So there was this circle of gossips and they were talking about you pacing back and forth (I guess when I wait for my mom to pick me up) and yk other stuff... They thought that you're autistic" The people who talk behind my back about it probably don't fully understand autism but I act odd... I have self doubts about it.  I mean, the thing is, I can pick up on basic social cues. However I feel the need to stim a lot like if theres nothing to do for a second, I'll lose focus and probably either pace back and forth or play with stuff. My mom also told me that I lack self awareness. Like "Look, this person is doing A, why don't you do B?" My mom thought I'm just ignorant but I feel different. Since I was little (elementary school) , my classmates think I'm weird since I don't initiate social interactions and I stim a lot. And when I wrote a letter to my school counsellor (cause I am good at writing but awkward at speaking), she was like "I dont think you're autistic, you have good grades and you dont seem to struggle in your studies" Bruh... I mean, I don't have to be autistic to have these traits but like... I'm so confused... Why do I feel the need to do these stuff? Why do I feel the need to stim? Why is it when I write the words cone out but when I speak it just got automatically held in by fear? Is it possible that I have some kind of neurodivergence? Also, not only classmates reported about this. Adults had also talked to my mom about this. The people at church reported about this. But my mom thinks I'm normal. I mean, other people might not be entirely correct but... This concerns me... And what do I do if I couldn't get tested cause my mom denies it? It's like no matter what I say, my mom is like "You're normal, you're just bla bla bla"
