...See more Had a nose bleed at 5:00am this morning that was pretty bad but was normal. My mind said I was lightheaded and I think I'm stuck in that loop. It's 2:00pm now and I can't sleep. I'm very concentrated on my breathing as if I can't breathe. Even though my Oxygen Level and my heart rate is normal. My whole body is tingling and I started crying for no reason. If I get distracted it's like my mind says nope and makes me start feeling like it all over again. I didn't think I had anxiety because this is the first time this has ever happened to me. Does anyone else feel like this? I've been feeling like this since 5:00-am this morning.

It's 2:00pm now and I can't sleep even though I'm tired. My whole body is tingling and I am very mindful of my breathing, I also started crying for no reason. I didn't think I had anxiety because this is the first time this has happened. Has anyone here felt the same?! If I get distracted my mind immediately recognizes it and makes me think about my breathing again making it feel like I can't breathe. But my oxygen levels and heart rate are normal.
