Anxiety can

I had a nose bleed this morning at 5:00am that was pretty bad but normal. But my mind said I was getting light headed and I think I'm stuck in that loop. It's 2:00pm now and I can't sleep even though I'm tired. My whole body is tingling and I am very mindful of my breathing, I also started crying for no reason. I didn't think I had anxiety because this is the first time this has happened. Has anyone here felt the same?! If I get distracted my mind immediately recognizes it and makes me think about my breathing again making it feel like I can't breathe. But my oxygen levels and heart rate are normal.

@TylerWh

You know, Im not entirely sure if Ive ever been through the same thing— but Ive definitely had experiences where I was hyper-aware of my breathing too. It felt like I couldnt breathe unless I was focusing on it.

Its possible youre experiencing anxiety, and while there is no way to know forsure until you express this with your doctor, regardless of diagnoses, you arent alone in this. ♡

You say you never coped through anxiety before— do you think you may have overlooked or normalized certain experiences that maybe sound like anxiety? Or, if this really is your first encounter with anxiety, are you currently going through more stress lately than usual?
