Panic attack. Can

Had a nose bleed at 5:00am this morning that was pretty bad but was normal. My mind said I was lightheaded and I think I'm stuck in that loop. It's 2:00pm now and I can't sleep. I'm very concentrated on my breathing as if I can't breathe. Even though my Oxygen Level and my heart rate is normal. My whole body is tingling and I started crying for no reason. If I get distracted it's like my mind says nope and makes me start feeling like it all over again. I didn't think I had anxiety because this is the first time this has ever happened to me. Does anyone else feel like this? I've been feeling like this since 5:00-am this morning.

I'm sorry you're feeling this way. I've been feeling like that too, although no nose bleeding. Totally relate with feeling like there's not enough air, even when everything is fine. Anxiety is too much to handle sometimes. I just cry out and play some video games or let myself fall asleep. That's the only two ways I've found that I can resort to. Though it's just sleeping nowadays. But it is terrible. Though if you feel like the feeling of lack of oxygen or breathlessness stays for long periods of time, get yourself diagnosed by a doctor maybe? I for one have hypotension, which I found out in a similar fashion.

Look after yourself. May the pain easy away soon.

@NotsohelpfulSugar4330 I try to sleep but then I'm worried I won't wake up lol. I have no idea what's happening to me today. If I still feel like this tomorrow, I'll seek a doctor. Thank you for your reply

Hi! Sorry I couldn't get back any earlier. How is it now? Any better?

I can understand, anxiety makes it all difficult. And there is nothing wrong with you, whatever this illness is, you'll figure it out right? Seeking professional help is a good idea. If it's any worth, share it with your parents or close friends maybe? They can actually be there for you when you need them to be, and it can make a huge difference at times.

Take care.
