...See more Here are some affirmations I say when I’m worried what others think about me. Complete approval from others is not possible. I don’t have to be ruled by other’s approval. I may want to please people that I care about, but I don’t have to please them all of the time. I can still feel good about myself even though someone else is annoyed with me. ...See more Trigger Warning ⚠️ Sex abuse/physical abuse  I watched a show about a very dangerous person. It reminded me so much about a dangerous family member of mine who did terrible things to me when I was a child. I probably shouldn’t have watched the show but I feel very grateful that I was able to get away from this person.
