Frustrated with my process

...See more I have such a hard time keeping consistency in my therapy work. I'll be able to keep my good habits - journaling, therapy work, taking meds - for a few days, maybe a week at a time and then I miss one day and its all back to square one for weeks. I'm tired of constantly starting over but no matter what I try I can't seem to find something that sticks.

My relationship is failing and I'm scared
Relationship Stress / by ambitiousJet302

...See more My boyfriend and I are on a break. I know its better than just staying where we are, arguing constantly, but I'm so scared. I'm scared he'll realize how much of a burden I am and that he doesn't love me. I'm so scared he's going to leave me. I don't think I can keep going here if we break up, I'll have no one left and nowhere to go. I don't know how I can make him love me again. I don't know how I'll move on if he doesn't. I don't think I could just go back to being friends, he's been so important and was the first person I've been intimate with and there's so much I can't just throw away and forget. I'm so lonely here. I don't have family, I don't have friends. I'm trying so hard to get better and fix myself but I'm only getting worse. I just want to be lovable and even the one person who's promised to be here is giving up on me. I'm so tired and scared and lonely.
