...See more I've noticed that every time i sleep, my body wants to fight said sleep and wake me up for no reason at all. When it happens, it feels like my heart is pounding, my mind is foggy, and my body shakes violently like a earthquake. it lasts for about 1-5 minutes and its odd. It's kind of annoying because this happens almost every time i try to sleep. i kind of need help on how to solve this or any thoughts of what it might be. (i think its my anxiety which is why i put it in this thread but it could be something else i guess?)

...See more hello, i’m angel. and i feel like i’ve been dealing with this problem ever since i was a kid. i’m going to make this short because the app decided to crash on me 😑 anyways, i’ve been wanting to eat healthy, but there’s nothing home. and since i live with my parents (i’m 16) i only eat what they give me. and everything i’ve eaten over the years has just been junk. i want to be skinny, i want to feel pretty, but i can’t if i just eat junk food. so i’ve been starving and/or eating less cuz how am i going to get better if i just eat junk food?? and if my parents aren’t going to help and just blame it on me then what’s the point?? idk,, i’m just lost and need help
