weird thing ive noticed recently

I've noticed that every time i sleep, my body wants to fight said sleep and wake me up for no reason at all. When it happens, it feels like my heart is pounding, my mind is foggy, and my body shakes violently like a earthquake. it lasts for about 1-5 minutes and its odd. It's kind of annoying because this happens almost every time i try to sleep. i kind of need help on how to solve this or any thoughts of what it might be. (i think its my anxiety which is why i put it in this thread but it could be something else i guess?)

I would say talk to a doctor… That’s not something I’ve heard of before.

@angelseal Hey, thanks for sharing this. That does sound really unsettling, especially when it happens almost every time you try to sleep. It makes sense you’d feel frustrated and maybe even a bit scared when your body reacts like that out of nowhere. Anxiety can definitely cause physical symptoms, but I hear your worry that it could be something else too.

If you can, it might help to check in with a doctor just to be sure. You deserve to feel calm and safe when you’re trying to rest. I’m glad you’re talking about it here – you’re not alone in this.
