...See more Hello, I am a medical student and i am struggling with anxiety moreso panic attacks everyday. There's a teacher who is always angry. When she asks someone about the topic we discussed last day and if that person cannot answer it,the teacher says you should be ashamed of yourself. This scares me a lot. Everyday i wake up thinking that she might ask me and if i couldn't I'll end up being miserable. Right now i i have a lot of questions going inside my head Am i i loser or a coward? Am i really that bad at studying? Is there anyone who could answer me. I don't know what i am i have lost myself I don't have any friends. Please one word may help me a bit.
