Feels like I'm gonna lose myself
Hello,
I am a medical student and i am struggling with anxiety moreso panic attacks everyday. There's a teacher who is always angry. When she asks someone about the topic we discussed last day and if that person cannot answer it,the teacher says you should be ashamed of yourself. This scares me a lot. Everyday i wake up thinking that she might ask me and if i couldn't I'll end up being miserable.
Right now i i have a lot of questions going inside my head
Am i i loser or a coward?
Am i really that bad at studying?
Is there anyone who could answer me. I don't know what i am i have lost myself
I don't have any friends. Please one word may help me a bit.

I really know what you talk about, I just wanted to tell you that sometimes we don't have the ability to study and that's a thing we don't have to be punished for......I am sure you're very excellent which shown by that you study medicine (one of the greatest things ever) and I am also sure that you long time do well
You not a loser nor coward, you just need a rest and set your anxiety free
Trust yourself...take your time
