...See more So today I experianced a part of my generalised anxiety disorder I have not had to for a while which is racing thoughts. My mind goes very fast and unless I'm keeping myself busy I have panic attacks. I have not sat down for more than 5 mins today without getting up and cleaning. I coould not even keep my mind focused when I was driving I had a need to get every little task done and done well. This has taken me back as I have not experianced this in quiet some time. I am taking lyrica so it doesnt happen as often as it used to as it slows my mind down. This though has made me very depressed. Has anyone dealt with a problem like this, I thought I was over this and it has me very worried.

...See more I really need some help and advice. Two years ago I started a journey to lose the weight I need to lose, whilst on that journey I began to become more honest with my relationship with food.I admitted to myslef I have an eating disorder. I had binged, starved and purged as a teenager but as I've gotten older its mainly bingeing and with also having PCOS a hormone disorder my weight has skyrockted. I was doing well but about 6 months ago life stresses and relationships problems with my family took its toll and I cant seem to find the motivation to start on my recoverey.I've become servely depressed and anxious because of all this. I'm just looking for advice from anyone who may have had a simlilar situation and how did you get back on track even just a few words of encouragment I can't talk to anyone close to me about any of this they just don't understand and either get upset or say I'm being dramatic.
