Trying to be ok being alone

...See more Within the last few weeks I've been relatively ok with sitting in silence and being alone, not talking to anyone and being comfortable, but these past few days things have been really rough, I feel like I need to be talking to someone, Im back to being uncomfortable sitting with my thoughts, recently all of my issues were brought up in rapid succession and then just left without allowing me to properly talk through and deal with what was brought up, so everything just feels very uncomfortable and scary, any words of advice on how to get back to where I was semi quickly

...See more I'm currently going through alot dealing with a major depressive episode, struggles at work, home, in my relationship, and in my friendships, and I always feel isolated and alone, my friends tell me they care about me and are here for me, my girlfriend says the same, but some days it's harder to beileve than others, it's difficult to trust it and I'm not sure why.i know it's something I need to kick I just struggle to do so
