Within the last few weeks I've been relatively ok with sitting in silence and being alone, not talking to anyone and being comfortable, but these past few days things have been really rough, I feel like I need to be talking to someone, Im back to being uncomfortable sitting with my thoughts, recently all of my issues were brought up in rapid succession and then just left without allowing me to properly talk through and deal with what was brought up, so everything just feels very uncomfortable and scary, any words of advice on how to get back to where I was semi quickly

Hello @bigtuna9496, feeling well alone is just as normal as, perhaps, experiencing what you related. When we are alone we tend to focus a lot on our own thoughts (like it happens while taking a shower or trying to sleep). I, too, am not a person to share my daily life or spend a lot of time with friends and so on. I’m a bit of a loner as well, except from my best friend. Sometimes, when I feel overwhelmed with my thoughts and feelings I come here. 7 Cups is a safe place. I don’t like social medial. Other apps are too much focused on dating and etc., when sometimes we just need an honest talk about everything, from feelings to trivial matters. This helps a lot distracting the mind without any strings attached. You came to the right place. I congratulate you for being self-sufficient - it’s not for everyone; it shows a high level of self-knowledge, self-love and confidence. Things can only get better and I have faith you will experience a lot of happy moments in the future. Be patient, keep up the good work. I respect you. Best wishes 🌹
