...See more My son who has autism is a night owl and a early bird. Ugh I’m sleepy! That’s my baby boy. I’m grateful of both my sons and they mean the world to me. I will need a nap today for sure!

...See more Today I spoke with my ex’s mom/children grandma. I thought it would be a quick call turned into a long conversation. It was comforting that I was able to chat with her and be vulnerable. Since my breakup I was feeling somewhat rejected by his family. But now that I got reassured that they still care for me I feel better. The fact they can keep how they feel about me separate from what’s going on with my ex says a lot. I definitely learned some things from my ex’s mom that I need to process. I’m grateful for my relationship with my ex’s mom.

...See more I just finished talking with my ex (my kids father). And oh boy I became super tense and anxious. I know I have a lot of work to do in dealing with him because of our kids. But I’ve been seeing this word over and over again FORGIVENESS. It seems simple but it’s not and It’s super important for me to forgive him for myself. Ugh it’s so hard!
