I just finished talking with my ex (my kids father). And oh boy I became super tense and anxious. I know I have a lot of work to do in dealing with him because of our kids. But I’ve been seeing this word over and over again FORGIVENESS. It seems simple but it’s not and It’s super important for me to forgive him for myself. Ugh it’s so hard!

I am trying to forgive some people in my life, too.
Just a reminder: forgiveness doesn't mean saying the behavior or actions of that person was right or acceptable.
just something that has really been helping me.
