...See more ive been with her for over a year and a half, shes beein my first in everything and shes been such a supportive person in my life, i love her. recently i dont know why but i got in an argument with her which made me snap at her and yell which made me start overthinking it a lot and made me doubt my relationship. i have obsesive ocd in which i overthink a lot and i was overthinking nonstop about my relationship with her if i really love her or not. i do love her, i know its normal for couples to argue or get mad and weve even resolved that last argument but i was overthinking it a lot which made me panic a lot in my mind till i made myself depressed. i dont wanna keep thinking like this, i care for her and i hate that i have these thoughts of her. i enjoy spending time with her but i keep asking myself why i keep having these doubts for no reason. i there anything i can do to manage this?

...See more been in a 1 year relationship with her. Its my first time ever with someone and shes been amazing. Weve had some small arguments but we always resolved them and she helped me last year recover from a depresive episode, but i never told her i have a porn addiction and that ive been in sexchats talking to strangers. After feeling depresive last week i told her the truth and she was hearbroken and betrayed. She didnt leave me but she wanted some time for herself and that if i wanna repair therelationship that i need to change. I honeslty have had a porn addiction since i was young and all the stuff i watched and did since i was a kid only thought of it as regular porn. Now i feel horrible, shes an amazing woman and i love her. Shes been with me through tough times, but sometimes i have the urge even when i feel good to ***. I hate it honestly and i wanna stop, ive wasted hours of my life looking at porn and now i feel like i lost the one person i love and it feels all hopeless. I dont wanna hurt her. I wanna do something for her to change

Im in a relation ship and it been a year sonce ive been with my gfand shes been the best thing in my life helping me a lot through my depression, but recently i told her i have a porn addiction and she felt hurt. Ive been watching it since i was a kid. Honestly it started cause i like it but then i started watching nearly daily to like relieve stress or whenever i felt in the mood. Ive also went in *** sites to talk to other people since it felt exilerating and good to meet other kinky people, but i never watched it hoping to meet them, i just did it for a good time and I thought it just like watching regular porn. When i started dating my gf i still watched porn but stopped ***, but after a few months i went in a *** site again and sexted with some strangers. I never did it to replace her and i just felt so much in the mood that i did it without thinkingabout it. I really love her a lot and shes been such a supporting beautiful woman andbi hate that i did it. It made me depressed and anxious. I wanna tell her everything but i dont wanna ruin my relationship, i wanna fix it for her and myself and just hate these urges. Ive wasted hours on watching erotic content and i hate it, i really wanna help myself and control my depression. Shes been such an amazing woman, ive hinestly never thought ive get into a relationship but the more i knew, the more i wanted to be with her and i hate that i did that. I dont wanna lose her, i honestly dont think i cant handle being alone or hurting her and loosing her trust. I just hate feeling like this. Ive felt too depressed and anxious that i cant barely function. I need help.
