depression and lack of sleep

...See more Hello, I'm looking for any advice on fixing my sleeping habits. It bounces around from me passing out anywhere at any time to me going to bed at a decent hour and not being able to fall asleep. I can never stay assleep either and I've been waking up with panick attacks that im going to be late. I recently have been taking iron supplements which will hopefully help with some of my tiredness ( I have love iron) but I'm still exhausted which in turn doesn't help my mood. Please can anyone help me?

...See more Hello there, my name is cierra and I've been struggling with depression for the last 3 years almost 4. I've had to deal with alot over these years and even before the depression started. I wanted to know if anyone knew how to let yourself of the hook and get rid of the guilt I've been feeling for so long.? I was doing good since almost a year now but two weeks ago I could feel my depression creep its way back and all the guilt I had pushed in the back of my mind has come flooding back. I don't want to keep putting my family through this. Does anyone have any suggestions? Or advice?
