...See more Had a break up and I need mental peace. We arw set up to chat and this is what I wanna say to her. The uncertainty and mixture of emotions have eaten me up and I need this said so I can hopefully move forward and heal. I would like thoughts on this please. I just need to say this so I’m not holding it in. It feels like we went from 0 to 100 really fast, and then from 100 back to 0 just as fast. And I just need to acknowledge that what happened in the middle was real for me. I’m not saying this to change anything or to put pressure on you. I just don’t want it to seem like it never meant anything or like I didn’t say it out loud. I care about you. I really do. And I respect everything you’ve got going on with your kids and your life. But I need to focus on myself and move forward. I just needed to say it so I can be honest with myself and be done carrying it, and over thinking everything. If we try again, lets do it the right way, if not I wanna be your friend.

...See more A few days ago my girlfriend broke up with me via text. The relationship wasn't very long, but was intense. I'm finding that post break up I'm having trouble with the mixture of emotions. One moment I'm fine, the next I remember all her details and I hurts like no other. I have been trying to focus my energy into productive things like exercise and hobbies, but still can not escape the dark clouds. I know I shouldn't but I blame myself for this break up. Sorry for any rambling, my thoughts are all over. Thank you to any that read and respond.
