...See more I have struggled for years with my self esteem. Not liking the way I look and not thinking I'm good enough. Especially when it comes to my weight. I've been overweight my whole life and I came to the conclusion about a year or so ago that I have a food addiction and am prone to binge eating. I went on a low carb and low sugar diet last year and lost a little over 20 pounds. I had way more to go but I ended up getting off track and have gained back at least 10 lbs what I lost and I'm so disappointed and frustrated with myself. I just cannot control myself and it comes to eating. I definitely addicted to junk food and I don't know how to change that. I'm so ashamed to be overweight and being overweight makes me feel like I'm not worthy.

...See more I've recently come to the conclusion that I am addiction to food and if I don't watch myself, I can easily binge eat. Last year I changed my diet and exercised and lost 20lbs but I have since put back on at least 10 of what I lost because I just cannot control myself around food. I've been overweight my whole life and I'm so tired of being heavy but I just can't break this damn addiction I have to food and it's so heartbreaking and frustrating 😔
