Bio

Hi, I'm glad we've connected on 7cups. I've been through a lot in my life and want to use my experiences to help others to get through tough times in there life. I'm very familiar with challenges such as depression and anxiety, as well as addiction and homelessness as I've been through all of these things personally or am close to someone who has experienced these things themselves. I'm interested in things such as reading, crocheting, Netflix and working out. Ive also got a young daughter who is the light of my life. I hope I'll be of help or at least some comfort to you, so you'll know you're not alone in what you're going through.

...See more For the last 6 months to a year, the week before, during and sometimes after my period I've been experiencing severe depression. I've just recently started experiencing severe anxiety in place of the depression around this time of the month. It's always the same. A little less than a week before my period I start to feel anxious, needing to leave work early and calling in sick because of it. Sometimes I just lay in bed and cry for hours. Some months it's worse than others. Does anyone else experience this? I'm so frustrated. I've already contacted a psychiatrist and I have an appointment next month but I just want to know if anyone else is going through the same thing? What have you done to help manage the symptoms? TIA ❤️
