...See more Does time heal anything at all???? Because I seem to miss my dad more and more as the days go by. The hurt keeps on increasing and nothing seems to get easier. It's like I've completely given up on everything around me. I sleep and keep getting dreams that he's still here and life is normal but then I wake up and he's not. I still don't think I've completely come to terms with the fact that he's gone and that life will never be the same. I'm dreading the day that happens because it already hurts so bad and it's definitely gonna get worse but I can't even begin to imagine that Tonight was really hard because I was going through some old videos, and hearing his voice just rips my heart into even smaller bits than it already is. It really hurts knowing that I have to keep living with this pain

...See more I lost my dad to cancer 5 months ago. Absolutely no signs and then one day we are informed he has stage four pancreatic cancer and has a month left. I watched the strongest man in my life slowly lose his will to live. He lived for four months after detection. But four months, that all it took for my life to change for the worst. What I would give to have one more night sleeping next to him and holding his hand.
