...See more Just wanted to write about some things I'm thankful for, maybe focus on the stuff that's given me a sense of reward or lightened my load and therefore my day. 1- I'm about halfway done with a poncho for the winter. 2- I got to enjoy a scenic car ride right in time for the start of fall 3- I found a rock that I fell in love with lol I saw something that said writing these things out would help and they made me smile. Reconsidering the small things to be more meaningful is helpful, even if it's just for a second. One neuron at a time :)

...See more I've been struggling with panic attacks in the night lately. A combination of flashbacks and chest pains wake me up gasping for air. I wish it wouldn't happen but I'm glad I can come here or try and listen to a sleep meditation to drift back to bed. Just wanted to share, see if anyone else goes through this? While you're here, on a good week what's the average amount of time it take you to hit snooze town?
