Risperidone

...See more So let me be clear, I do not have schizophrenia, bipolar or any type of psychotic disorder, but I was prescribed risperidone for chronic headaches that I’ve been suffering from daily. My body is very sensitive to medications and I’ve definitely felt the side effects from this one. I just wanted to see if anyone else could relate. I’ve experienced the following: sweating memory lapses feeling hot fatigue akathisia speech problems anxiety but most troubling - some pretty bad depression. Has anyone else experienced this? Perhaps, since I’m using it in an “off-label” fashion, that would make sense as my normal, healthy dopamine levels are being dampened. Can anyone relate? Cheers.

...See more COVID long hauler here since April 2021 & post concussion patient. Not sure if that constitutes disabled, but I sure can’t do fuck all every day except fester in a dark room and wait for night. Pls, if someone can chat w me or relate, that would lift my spirits and make living easier. Cheers.

...See more I’ve been suffering from severe depression, anger and anxiety due to some complications with my health and I’m reminded by it every time I have a setback. It’s brought on crippling fears and nightmares. I’m just wondering if this is the right place to be discussing said matters - or is it more so for abuse/neglect/events etc leading to ptsd. I also wouldn’t be super surprised if this is a form of mild ptsd.
