...See more Every time I speak about my dad touching him self next to me I can see him cringe well I was told I should accept it I’m struggling to do so I can’t help but feel like with all the sexual abuse I’ve lived ive been touched for life stained as if I carry their touches with me everyday how can I just go back to normal

...See more I drank yesterday so much I went crazy I needed help and couldn’t find it so I drank IAM tired and ashamed tho I know its counterproductive I can’t help but think maybe one glass can help ease the pain but it only makes it bigger i drank until I threw up I couldn’t walk anymore pathetic how can I love my self I’m hurting my self whenever it gets hard for me
