...See more as you can tell by the title, I’m in deep doo. It’s so strange being consumed with a thoughts of another person. It’s driving me completely mad. I’ve liked him for a month or so, and no matter what I do the feelings will not go away. I’ve looked up videos (which show how much of rock bottom I’ve hit) to aid my turmoil, but I can’t seem to find a remedy. I know time is the best solution. But I’m not very patient. I don’t enjoy thinking of someone all the time and viewing myself through their gaze (idk if that made any sense). It actually upsets me. So, help?

...See more I feel super empty rn. I don't know how else to say it. It's weird today was like every other day, and then some switch went off and i just feel numb. I haven't felt like this in a while. All I know is that things in my life became overwhelming (there not that big of a deal, but for me it is) and I internalize what's going on. I know I could try to be happy and put on a smile, but that would be lying to everyone including myself. I don't if any of this made sense, I just needed to vent.

overthinking and daydreaming

...See more Hi. I'm somewhat new here at seven cups and I haven't made a thread yet. Idk if this falls under depression, but my mind is always racing. It's hard for me to go to sleep with nothing on my mind. I'm always analyzing, thinking back into the past, thinking ahead, I'm constantly thinking and daydreaming. I daydream to escape what I don't like. I daydream when I'm happy as well. I've daydreamed to the point where hours have past, and I don't even realize it. For me, I have to move around while thinking... that's how I get my thoughts going. My movement helps me to visualize better and make a better plot. I've hurt myself while going into daydream, because for a little bit I forget where I am, and I start jumping around, spinning, snapping my fingers and stuff like that; so it's easy to accidentally injure yourself when you forget where you are and what you're doing in *reality*. I'm not sure why I do it, but it helps me to get my energy out:)
