Anxiety overload

...See more Im currently suffering from a high level of anxiety. I was poorly trained and prepared for what's going to happen tonight. I have a bunch of questions about what is needed and expected from me. I've tried guided meditation, but all I can focus on is all the feelings that are swimming inside. I know I will get through it and everything will be OK. I just need to breathe and live in the moment. I can not exist in the future. Any helpful or encouraging thoughts are welcome

...See more I had a family. A wife and kids. My parents left me a life changing amount of money. I learned late in life I suffered from bi polar disorder. My wife bled our account dry and left with the kids. She blamed me and my disorder for the breakup. Im now left with the care of a 5 bedroom home and a rental unit by myself. It's overwhelming for one person, but I'm taking it one day at a time. Life can't get much more challenging than it is now. I just keep sharing and moving on. Nothing lasts forever. Good times and bad. I just keep waiting for better. It will come in time.

...See more I've only been here for 2 weeks, but it's been a very enlightening experience. My bad insurance wanted thousands of dollars in co-pays to see a therapist once a week. This group is free and available 24 hrs a day. Much more accessible and helpful. Whatever you're feeling, there is an outlet for here. It's a fantastic solution for complicated feelings. It's a phenomenal place to help right your ship. Just keep trying and coming back.

...See more Some days it's really hard to see progress in our lives. It's a life challenge that never ends. We are inclined to give up more times than not. Keep moving forward. Life moves on and so should we. Keep a journal of wants. Work toward making them possible. Fish need to "Keep on swimming" like Dore. Keep swimming in your life. Stagnation invites troubles. Take the next right step and see what happens next. Never give up. It's never easy. You have the support here to make the next right decision. Will you make the effort and do you?
