This group is free and available 24 hrs a day. Much more accessible and helpful. Whatever you're feeling, there is an outlet for here.
It's a fantastic solution for complicated feelings. It's a phenomenal place to help right your ship. Just keep trying and coming back.

I'm so glad to hear that, you can find mentor's to train you active listening n also LSR could help... n you can also have fun chat's there 😊. n if ur using web.. you can see the "training" Option when u click into ur pfp. you can check into it... there's so much useful in it 🤗.
