Heya,  how's it going?

I'm an artist who works from home,  I have a physical disability where it's hard for me to walk so I use a cane.  I was trying to finish my psychology degree when I got hit by a car.  Life can be challenging but I like to work hard to stay positive.  I've met a lot of people in my life and all of them have made an impression on me,  for good or bad,  I truly believe I've helped people by being there for them,  listening,  giving them information about how to make things better if they need more help.

...See more I've been using a cane to walk for over a year, and I love to get stickers from bands, my friends, stores I like, and put them on my cane. Like bumper stickers on a car! it's a little hobby to show myself all the nice places I've been and people I've met while pushing myself really hard to get out of the house. It motivates me and shows I'm more than my disability and I don't want it to define me. Thought this might resonate here, I'm new and hoping to find some community with people who have some of the same struggles. Thanks for reading!
