...See more Hey y'all, idk why I feel anxious and stressed when ppl don't reply to my texts or text me. I'm constantly worrying I did or said smt, whereas ik I didn't, or they're mad at me. I'm also scared I'm gonna receive a rude text out of nowhere, so the worry adds. How can I stop caring if they text me or not, and how do I get rid of this irrational thought? 💖

...See more Hi y'all, my brain won't switch off and I keep overthinking that my friend is mad at me for some reason, and I'm 90% sure they're not. And my other friend gives me alot of anxiety cuz of their antics (they leave me out of stuff, criticise my "fashion" sense and my face in pics, and they constantly 'stick' to my other friend, and it makes me kinda jealous). Eveytime I think of friend no. 2, I feel sick and I wish I never knew them. What do I do? (Sorry if it's long) :)
