...See more dear friends , hand in heart, I humbly ask for advice , when I was down , my now then GF and now spouse , she treats me horribly because she lent me money when I was in bad shape and I try now to care best of her for several years but she is breaking my spirits and I allow it because if not she screams and gets violent. i am living with a monster. how can i survive this?.

...See more Dear friends, as of late I have been editing abuse by the person I married, at work and live in a very xenophobic society. I have been suffering and unfortunately because this, that and other many problems I drink alcohol and is becoming a problem even though it has its short window to forget the problems it leaves me after with bad feeling and horrible thoughts . I need help , any advice in how to overcome the desire even if I am constantly mistreated even in my own home. thank you all grateful for any advice Eladio

...See more Hi All, nice to meet everybody. I am a divorced man and cannot see my daughters, I belt myself on my back to punish myself. This comes from my childhood. But dont blame anyone, I take responsibility. I feel better after being punished. Does anyone have same experience?
